Dancing weight off

Okay - I finally did it.  I got on a scale.  I haven't lost anything yet, but there is still hope - it is still too early.  One of my Facebook friends, posted on her page that she lost 40 lbs. in 3 months by dancing.  WOW!  When I build up to a thirty minute workout, I might just try that.  Right now, I am just thinking of planning my next getaway.  We are going to try to plan our travels around the South Beach Food & Wine Festival in Miami.
